NACK STANDARD RETURNS
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To request a return, please contact NACK within the 14-day return period. Returned products must be unused, unworn except for reasonable fitting, and returned with the original tags and packaging where reasonably possible.

If a product is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

This return policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
